Having survived a thyroid-induced heart attack, Ben’s passion for mastering fat loss and understanding metabolism has lead him to the concept of creating a New Direction that involves addressing people’s distinctive goals, strengths, and weaknesses, Ben has coached clients toward complete resolution of their health and performance challenges.

Ben is an expert in the field of health, fitness, and high-performance exercise. Over the last 8 years, His unique approach to fitness and sports has changed the lives of countless clients.

Having trained numerous athletes ranging from 7 to 88 years old, his diverse background has given him the ability to connect with each client and create individually tailored fitness programs that have proven results.
