Michelle Adams

Michelle is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. She is also certified in-group kickboxing and teaches weekly classes at a local
 gym. Michelle has had a lifelong passion for physical fitness and nutrition, and recently competed in her first figure contest. Previous athletic accomplishments include racing in 3 marathons and countless 10K and 12K’s. Michelle also has a background in nutrition and holds a certificate in food science. She has worked as a nutrition coach throughout the Bay Area.

Michelle helps clients stay motivated through her personal mantra "eat healthy, stay focused, be fit!"
